BEACHWOOD GUEST HOUSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

CANCELLATION CHARGES
It is your right to cancel your booking with us at any time, however if we have reserved a room for you and declined other potential bookings because of your reservation, it is fair that we charge a cancellation fee of £40.00 ALL deposits are non refundable. 
Should you need to cancel your booking 2 days before you arrive we will make a complete refund less cancellation fee. 

If you cancel after 2 days you do not get a refund. And a no show (less than 48 hours) the credit/debit card details held as a guarantee will be charged for the booking. 

If you cancel and a refund is payable we will refund the applicable amount in the same method you paid it, that is if you paid by credit/debit card we will refund the card or if you paid by cheque we will send you a cheque.

DAMAGE TO ROOMS
In the event of any damage to the room of your duration of your stay you will incur a cost to the repair of the damage.

IRONING
Please do not use an iron without using the ironing board provided as you will be charged for a new carpet if it gets burnt.

NO SMOKING
There is a no smoking policy in ALL the rooms, If you Smoke in your room you will be asked to leave the building immediately and no refunds will be given.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
You can check in any time after 12 pm or other wise stated, check out by 10 am or an extra charge will incur.

ROOM KEYS
Are issued on arrival and handed in on day of departure non-return or lost keys will incur a charge of £10.00.

FOOD
No food is allowed in the rooms.

NO REFUNDS
Can be made on a booking should you choose to leave earlier than intended.

PARKING
The proprietors cannot accept liability of loss, theft or damage to or from your vehicle while in the Beachwood car park.

THE PROPRIETORS
Cannot accept responsibility for the loss of guest property unless handed in for safe keeping.

NO PETS
Are allowed on the premises.
